Firstly thanks for adding me.
First encountered De Waard in Normandy and love the traditional make and quality.
I manged to pick one up in the UK, for not a lot of money.
The downside - I am unsure of the model (we think a Lepelaar) and of course the tent is damaged ( packed wet!!!)
There are maybe 12-20 small holes in the canvas across the rear of the tent.
Can these be patched or can sections be replaced?
If so any ideas who can do it and costs etc

They can be patched and panels can be replaced. The last option can offcourse best be done by de Waard or Atomatent. Patches you can do yourself.
However usually in a situation like this it's end of live. The holes are caused by a fungens and can not be stopped. More holes will appear. Better to check the tent before your buy next time.
Best option is to try to return the tent to the seller and get a refund.
